Operations Manager, Ownership Region 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide, influence, and cultivate Ownership Departments throughout the region by providing coaching, performance management, and business support.

• Perform regular business reviews to evaluate Centre performance against set objectives and promote ongoing improvement.

• Recognize business opportunities and execute strategic initiatives to boost performance and attain long-term growth.

• Create and manage annual Ownership business plans that encompass sales, financial, and training goals.

• Establish and agree on Ownership sales targets by utilizing market analysis, KPI performance, and insights from Centre visits.

• Propel commercial growth through analysis of market potential, business development efforts, and sales initiatives.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on Centre performance data, generating visit reports and business updates as needed.

• Convey and implement Porsche Cars Great Britain Ownership strategies, policies, and product initiatives across Centres.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within the broader Ownership team and serve as a key user of Ownership systems.

• Ensure Centres adhere to Ownership standards, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Enhance operational excellence by collaborating with Porsche Business Excellence and advocating best practice processes.

• Participate in recruitment, talent development, and training initiatives to bolster Centre team capabilities and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the Automotive Industry, particularly with a solid understanding of Aftersales.

• Strong commercial experience in dealership management, regional management, or business development management.

• Leadership or people management experience, with the capacity to develop high-performing teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with PAG Germany or other national Porsche/VW Group subsidiaries is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an MBA is preferred.
