Operations Manager – Operational Excellence, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily business operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and minimizing operational expenses.

• Lead cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

• Track operational KPIs and leverage data to inform decision-making processes.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancements through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning effectively.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.

• Spearhead change management efforts and facilitate organizational growth.

• Partner with executive leadership to synchronize operational strategies with business goals.

• Deploy technology solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

• Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the subsequent step in the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in Process Improvement & Operational Excellence, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics.

• Background in Project Management and Change Management.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making utilizing Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, and Salesforce.

• Experience in budget management, resource planning, and cost optimization.

• Proven track record of measurable achievements and business impact.

• Proficient in English (B2+ level preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees (bonus).

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications (bonus).

• Background in multinational or high-growth organizations (bonus).

• Experience with digital transformation or automation projects (bonus).

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude (bonus).

• Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, cut costs, and drive business outcomes (bonus).
