Operations Manager – Operational Excellence, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily business operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and minimizing operational expenses.

• Lead cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Track operational KPIs and leverage data for informed decision-making.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning effectively.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Spearhead change management initiatives and support organizational growth.

• Partner with executive leadership to synchronize operational strategies with business goals.

• Deploy technology solutions to enhance operational performance and improve customer experience.

• Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the subsequent step in the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.

• Proven experience in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.

• Background in process improvement and operational excellence, including methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics.

• Project Management and Change Management experience is essential.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or Salesforce.

• Experience in budget management, resource planning, and cost optimization.

• Demonstrated record of measurable achievements and business impact.

• Proficiency in professional English (B2+ preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

• Experience in leading teams of 20 or more employees is a beneficial asset.

• Background in multinational or rapidly growing organizations is a plus.

• Experience with digital transformation or automation projects is a valuable addition.

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude is a beneficial asset.
