Operations Manager – Operational Excellence, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and lowering operational costs.

• Lead cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Assess operational KPIs and leverage data to inform decision-making processes.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancements through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.

• Administer budgets, manage resource allocation, and oversee operational planning.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Spearhead change management efforts and support organizational growth.

• Work alongside executive leadership to synchronize operational strategies with overall business objectives.

• Deploy technology solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

• Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the subsequent step in the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.

• Experience in Project Management and Change Management.

• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or Salesforce.

• Experience in budget management, resource planning, and cost optimization.

• Proven track record of measurable achievements and business impact.

• Professional proficiency in English (B2+ preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees is a plus.

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar are advantageous.

• Experience in multinational or high-growth organizations is a bonus.

• Familiarity with digital transformation or automation projects is a bonus.

• Experience using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude is a plus.
