This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide comprehensive operational leadership for activities related to medical record retrieval.
• Establish the vision, tone, objectives, and operational guidelines for the team.
• Direct release of information specialists to meet goals efficiently and profitably.
• Organize and participate in meetings with clients.
• Standardize optimal processes in collaboration with regional counterparts.
• Hire and retain talent, offering direction and accountability, coaching and mentoring employees, and managing performance.
• Ensure onsite coverage and arrange backup coverage as necessary.
• Uphold time and attendance standards.
• Collaborate with domestic and global partners to maintain turnaround time and quality standards.
• Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated and ensure training completion.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with direct reports.
• Oversee new client implementations and customized projects.
• Schedule and participate in client calls, responding to clients and Sharecare leadership.
• Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain process instructions and conduct training specific to clients.
• Partner with Solutions and IT teams to resolve connectivity issues.
• Monitor daily tracking and address client delivery and quality concerns.
• Assist with annual budgeting and fiscal planning efforts.
• Review and enhance financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profits, and margins.
• Foster client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Strengthen client relations and collaborate with Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience is preferred.
• Strongly team-oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and strong negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and information with professionalism.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, potentially extensively and including overnight stays.
• Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Adequate speaking and hearing ability for effective communication.
• Necessary eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity for daily tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining the privacy of patient, employee, and volunteer information.
• Adherence to corporate integrity and security regulations.
• Responsibility to report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
• Maintenance of current and annual HIPAA certification.
