📋 Description

• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Transform ideas and strategies into actionable execution plans.

• Maintain organization of projects, deadlines, and team priorities to ensure they remain on track.

• Oversee workflow coordination among the remote team.

• Act as the main operational point of contact within the organization.

• Establish accountability systems and guarantee follow-through across departments.

• Conduct quality assurance across operational activities and client experiences.

• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business performance.

• Identify bottlenecks and execute process enhancements.

• Assist in scaling initiatives related to sales, operations, and client delivery.

• Deploy tools, automations, and technological solutions to boost efficiency.

• Enable the founder to concentrate on growth by managing day-to-day operations.
