Operations Manager – Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate programs, critical situations, remediation efforts, and operational initiatives from inception to completion.

• Define workstreams, milestones, responsible parties, risks, dependencies, and execution plans.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners.

• Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a key coordination point during critical incidents and escalations.

• Deliver concise executive updates on program progress, risks, obstacles, and suggestions.

• Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational visibility and accountability.

• Identify areas for process enhancement, cost reduction, and the utilization of automation/AI.

• Assist with field deployments, remediation efforts, and site-specific initiatives as necessary.

• Maintain ownership and accountability until final resolution and program closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, operations, engineering, quality, deployment, or a comparable technical domain.

• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs.

• Strong expertise in critical issue management, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action implementation.

• Established ability to manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent executive communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Capability to function effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience in data centers, technology infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, manufacturing, or other intricate technical fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or similar reporting/program management tools is preferred.

• Experience utilizing AI or automation to enhance operational workflows is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, or customer satisfaction is preferred.
