This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and supervise daily staff operations, including attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Distribute daily and weekly assignments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and assess weekly staff reports.
• Track interactions with students, agents, and universities, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Manage student inquiries, monitor application statuses, outstanding documents, and necessary actions.
• Ensure that applications are accurately assigned, updated, and processed without unnecessary delays.
• Supervise communication with universities, application follow-ups, offers, conditions, and unresolved matters.
• Coordinate or assign critical operational emails and facilitate internal communications.
• Aid and oversee new university/education partnership initiatives, including follow-ups and meetings.
• Ensure staff maintain accurate updates in the CRM and internal systems.
• Track overdue tasks, inactive cases, and unresolved issues.
• Identify obstacles, collaborate with relevant team members, and ensure swift resolution of problems.
• Serve as the primary communication liaison across teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain awareness of staff workloads, task statuses, and operational priorities.
• Compile a weekly operations report for senior management.
• Escalate significant issues related to staff, applications, universities, or operations when necessary.
• Prior experience in operations, education, student recruitment, admissions, office management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in professional communication with students, staff, universities, and external partners.
• Excellent follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
• Capability to identify issues and take initiative in resolving them.
• Professional and self-assured telephone demeanor.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for daily operations.
