📋 Description

• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Transform concepts and strategies into actionable execution plans.

• Maintain organization of projects, deadlines, and team priorities to ensure they remain on track.

• Oversee workflow coordination among the remote team.

• Act as the primary operational liaison within the organization.

• Establish accountability systems and guarantee follow-through across various departments.

• Conduct quality assurance across operations and client experiences.

• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business performance.

• Recognize bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.

• Assist in scaling initiatives across sales, operations, and client delivery.

• Deploy tools, automations, and technological solutions to boost efficiency.

• Enable the founder to concentrate on growth by managing daily operations.

• Experience in managing remote teams and workflows.
