Operations Manager, Concierge (Short-Term Rentals)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, focusing on images, descriptions, and SEO optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.

• Handle reservations and guest interactions, including messaging, check-in processes, and dispute resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Lead and promote activities within the ALB Conciergerie network.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
