Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and improve property listings by optimizing photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing techniques to maximize the revenue for each property.

• Oversee bookings and guest relations, including communication, check-ins, and resolving disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Supervise operations via the ALB platform and address owner inquiries within your area.

• Develop and potentially expand a team of sponsored City Managers.

• Strong ability to persuade and build trust with property owners.

• Motivation is prioritized over previous industry experience.

• Experience in real estate, sales, commerce, or other relevant fields.
