Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO optimization.

• Execute yield management strategies and dynamic pricing approaches.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, which encompass messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Expand and cultivate a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially mentor and recruit City Managers, earning commissions based on their performance.
