Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and refine property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each property.

• Handle reservations and manage guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and resolving disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Develop a managed-property portfolio within the ALB network.

• Recruit and support City Managers as needed.

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to establish trust with property owners.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or other applicable fields preferred.

• Desire for the independence of an independent contractor while benefiting from a supportive network.

• Objective of establishing long-term recurring income.

• Status as an independent contractor is required.
