Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly financial close process, which includes P&L preparation, revenue reconciliation, contractor invoicing, and payment processing.

• Collaborate with the CPA to coordinate tax and compliance activities.

• Maintain corporate records and manage insurance policies.

• Oversee customer operations, encompassing DPAs, NDAs, SLAs, account support, refunds, and billing concerns.

• Handle contractor onboarding and track compensation.

• Streamline processes and revise SOPs where necessary.

• Identify and execute process enhancements.

• Report directly to the CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing operations from start to finish.

• Proven track record of owning processes from problem identification to solution deployment.

• Financial literacy with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software.

• Capability to produce an accurate P&L statement.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications.

• Excellent written communication skills for correspondence with lawyers, accountants, and clients.

• Detail-oriented mindset regarding tax deadlines, legal ramifications, and confidential payment details.

• Eagerness and ability to enhance processes through automation.

• Background in finance operations or business operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
