This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Communicate initiatives, operational priorities, plans, opportunities, and objectives from the Support Center to franchise owners.
• Mentor franchise owners and managers on enhancing business performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee a portfolio consisting of 5–15 franchise owners and managers.
• Conduct regular business evaluations that encompass financial, operational, and consumer feedback metrics.
• Identify underlying issues and formulate actionable improvement strategies.
• Set priorities and measurable objectives, following up to ensure accountability and results.
• Analyze business and operational data, providing insightful recommendations.
• Collaborate with Directors and the Senior Director of Operations to align coaching priorities and support initiatives.
• Conduct studio visits and boot camps periodically.
• Reinforce brand standards and offer practical coaching.
• Facilitate at least three in-person sales or customer service training sessions each month.
• Lead regional meetings and educate franchise owners and managers on tools, systems, and best practices.
• Work with the Support Center to design and implement programs for studio teams.
• Address ongoing inquiries and business needs from owners.
• Manage work schedules to ensure franchise-owner visibility and timely regional outcomes.
• Participate in conference calls, meetings, and various business forums.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of successful experience supporting franchisees, working in a franchised environment, or in a field operations role.
• Multi-unit management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, and the health and wellness sectors is advantageous.
• Proven experience in franchise operations consulting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in supporting franchisees and creating actionable plans.
• Exceptional planning, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong business acumen alongside analytical and financial skills.
• Capability to analyze business and operational metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in group presentations.
• Strong influencing capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships and hold franchise owners accountable.
• Capacity to lead initiatives under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail with the ability to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ability to evaluate operations, programs, and staffing.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress and pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurability on rental vehicles.
