Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Convey the initiatives from the Support Center, brand priorities, key operational focus areas, studio-specific strategies, opportunities, objectives, and progress updates to studio owners.

• Offer coaching and follow-up on established action plans.

• Engage in conference calls, meetings, forums, weekly updates, monthly calls, open office hours, and regional meetings.

• Facilitate regional meetings and train franchise owners and managers on new tools, systems, and best practices.

• Oversee a portfolio of 5–15 franchise owners and managers.

• Analyze business, financial, operational, and consumer feedback metrics with franchise owners.

• Identify root causes and develop actionable improvement plans to support revenue growth, profitability, member/guest experience, and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular business reviews, set priorities and measurable goals, and follow up on action plans.

• Analyze business and operational metrics, translating trends into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with Directors of Operations and the Senior Director of Operations to align coaching priorities and support strategies.

• Escalate significant risks or opportunities as necessary.

• Perform studio visits and bootcamps to evaluate execution, reinforce brand standards, and provide practical coaching.

• Lead a minimum of three in-person sales/customer service training sessions monthly at franchisee locations.

• Work with the Support Center to represent studio owners and create, manage, and implement various programs.

• Address ongoing inquiries and business needs for owners.

• Maintain a personal work schedule that prioritizes visibility, owner interaction, and timely regional results.

• Execute other duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of three years of successful experience supporting franchisees, working within a franchise business, or in a field operations role.

• Multi-unit management experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, and the health and wellness industries is advantageous.

• Proven experience as a franchise operations consultant.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, collaborate, and mentor effectively.

• Experience in supporting franchisees with a genuine enthusiasm for business coaching, creating actionable plans, driving accountability, and achieving results through coaching.

• Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Solid business acumen complemented by excellent analytical and financial skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver group presentations.

• Strong influencing capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with franchise owners, ensure accountability, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and maintain follow-through.

• Capacity to lead the implementation of key initiatives within tight deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a focus on improving operational efficiency.

• Capable of assessing operations, programs, and staffing requirements.

• Ability to remain adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.

• Maintain composure and confidence under stress and pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet use.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time.

• Valid driver's license and must be insurable on rental vehicles.

• Extensive travel by car and air, including weekend work.

• Personal credit card required for travel expenses.
