Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the ATS, recruiting tools, and the broader recruiting infrastructure.

• Analyze current workflows, pinpoint gaps, and establish more efficient processes.

• Recognize repetitive or manual tasks and develop scalable solutions.

• Create dashboards and reports that encompass funnel performance, hiring speed, bottlenecks, and recruiter effectiveness.

• Ensure the accuracy, structure, and usability of recruiting data for informed decision-making.

• Assist in designing and operationalizing scalable hiring initiatives.

• Guarantee that the candidate experience is consistent, efficient, and of high quality.

• Collaborate with Talent, hiring managers, People, and other departments to ensure processes are effective in practice.

• Actively identify issues, areas for improvement, and future developments.

• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and make logical prioritization choices without waiting for complete task definitions.

• Report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent.

• A solid academic background in a quantitative field.

• Exceptional structured thinking and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Proven experience in independently managing projects from problem identification to implementation.

• Ability to function effectively with minimal guidance.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on broader objectives.

• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders.

• A proactive approach with a strong bias towards action.

• Interest in systems, processes, automation, and data.

• A robust background in SQL, Python, or workflow automation is advantageous.
