Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop the operational framework that supports recruitment, ensuring the Talent function is scalable, measurable, and efficiently managed.

• Take ownership of the ATS, recruitment tools, and broader recruitment infrastructure.

• Analyze current workflows, pinpoint gaps, and create more effective processes.

• Recognize repetitive or manual tasks and implement scalable solutions to address them.

• Create dashboards and reports that track funnel performance, hiring speed, bottlenecks, and recruiter effectiveness.

• Ensure that recruitment data is precise, organized, and accessible for informed decision-making.

• Assist in designing and operationalizing scalable hiring initiatives.

• Guarantee that the operational candidate journey is consistent, efficient, and of high quality.

• Collaborate with Talent, hiring managers, the People team, and other departments to ensure processes function effectively in practice.

• Actively identify issues, areas for improvement, and future development needs.

• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and make logical prioritization decisions without needing to have every task fully specified.

• Report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent.

• A solid academic background in a quantitative field.

• Exceptional structured thinking and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Proven track record of independently managing projects from problem identification through to implementation.

• Ability to function effectively with minimal guidance.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader objectives.

• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders.

• A proactive approach to taking action.

• Interest in systems, processes, automation, and data.

• A strong background in SQL, Python, or workflow automation is advantageous.
