Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance daily operational workflows

• Track essential metrics, pinpoint obstacles, and initiate improvements

• Evaluate operational expenses and discover opportunities for optimization

• Assist in payment operations, encompassing PSPs, payment methods, approval rates, settlements, and associated costs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and business projects

• Take ownership of projects from inception to execution, addressing issues and implementing solutions

• Develop and refine internal processes, workflows, and documentation

• Acquire comprehensive exposure to various business areas while taking charge of projects that yield measurable results

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and managing complex datasets

• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort in working with data and costs

• Basic knowledge of P&L and business efficiency

• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaborate across various teams

• Proactive attitude and adaptability to shifting priorities

• Experience in payments, FinTech, iGaming, or transactional sectors is an advantage

• Familiarity with PSPs and payment operations is a plus

• Experience with international markets and analytics/reporting tools is beneficial
