Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational effectiveness of a designated territory

• Foster relationships with clients and service providers to deliver outstanding service

• Enhance customer retention and discover new avenues for territory expansion

• Support provider performance, accountability, and coverage within the territory

• Recognize operational obstacles and implement effective solutions

• Evaluate performance metrics and leverage data to enhance outcomes

• Collaborate across functions to address issues and drive continuous operational improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a comparable position

• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable steps

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

• High degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business tools such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
