• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a comparable role.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• A high degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software.
