Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• High degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software.
