Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations across various states

• Ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient service delivery along with customer operational support

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate team members

• Promote performance, operational excellence, and professional development

• Identify operational deficiencies and implement scalable solutions

• Standardize best practices throughout the region

• Monitor, analyze, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and overall performance

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams

• Address customer needs and manage escalations

• Optimize end-to-end workflows

• Allocate and utilize labor, budget, and operational resources effectively

• Work with other Regional Operations Managers on regional and company-wide initiatives

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as required

• Supervise direct reports


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in customer operations, service delivery, or project management in a multi-site setting

• Direct experience in managing and leading teams in service dispatching, inventory control, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and order management

• Proven track record in change management, process enhancement, and team development

• Strong analytical skills and business insight

• Capability to interpret data, manage KPIs, and convert insights into actionable strategies

• Experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or similar industries is highly preferred

• Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools

• Familiarity with Ormandy and Tableau is advantageous

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Capacity to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

• Willingness to travel as necessary

• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including construction environments
