Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Instruct new franchisees on how to prepare dishes for Growth Kitchen’s brands.

• Engage in business discussions with franchisees and assist them in expanding their operations.

• Conduct regular on-site evaluations to enhance cooking precision and quality.

• Collaborate with teams and managers in partner kitchens to boost operational and financial performance.

• Oversee a group of more than 30 kitchen partners, managing their growth paths and weekly performance metrics.

• Offer hands-on assistance in the kitchen and address site-related challenges.

• Travel nationally to third-party delivery kitchens approximately 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting as an AGM or GM of a single location or an equivalent role.

• Eager to learn and explore new solutions, demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to accept coaching.

• Enthusiastic about traveling and visiting kitchens throughout the UK, engaging with customers and ensuring high-quality food preparation.

• A friendly, positive, and articulate communicator who enjoys meeting new individuals.

• Proficient in English.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
