Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in international business development, institutional enrollment, and student recruitment initiatives.

• Streamline operations and oversee key account management.

• Supervise project planning, execution, and enhancements to processes.

• Support strategic efforts related to international recruitment.

• Act as a liaison between recruitment teams and external partners.

• Manage incoming inquiries from agents and foster business relationships.

• Facilitate the development of agents and key accounts, addressing escalations and problem-solving needs.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, team objectives, and performance metrics.

• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Maintain databases to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

• Identify deficiencies in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes.

• Support compliance with contracts and adherence to internal protocols.

• Improve operational systems and reporting structures across various functions.

• Coordinate strategic enrollment management initiatives among departments and teams.

• Demonstrated experience in operations, business development, or project management.

• Exceptional leadership and skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, global setting.

• Experience in international education, recruitment, or a similar field is advantageous.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with a background in data reporting and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and various CRM tools.

• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and executive teams.
