Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a remote sales team

• Collaborate with senior leaders in the sales department and company executives

• Manage the daily performance of remote teams through output-based metrics

• Identify and eliminate obstacles in the clinical/consulting workflow

• Establish and uphold daily reporting standards and communication protocols for the team

• Ensure that all remote operations are in line with the company’s dedication to serving military veterans

• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and VA-related regulatory standards across all remote work channels

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing large remote teams (50+ staff)

• Experience in medical consulting, healthcare administration, or veteran services

• Demonstrated success in transforming underperforming teams through structured management

• Strong expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) and workforce analytics

• Ability to blend empathy for employees with a results-oriented leadership style

• Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication abilities

• Experience in developing and refining sales processes and playbooks

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools

• Data-driven approach with the capacity to analyze metrics and implement strategic changes

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, remote work setting

• Capability to endure extended periods of standing or sitting at a desk while working on a computer

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed

• Availability to work on weekends
