Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Supervise the everyday operations of the Casino, Poker, and Sportsbook platform.

• Assess real-time player experiences.

• Coordinate platform updates in collaboration with central technology teams.

• Lead product and game certification processes in partnership with testing laboratories.

• Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with Peruvian licensing requirements.

• Oversee external relationships with game providers, payment gateways, IT, and legal partners.

• Assist in feature rollouts and maintain platform continuity.

• Monitor budgets and evaluate P&L, growth, NPS, and other operational metrics.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

• Collaborate with local Marketing and global Product teams on localized promotions, product launches, and retention strategies.

• Represent the Peruvian market at the group level.

• Act as the company representative in local industry associations, regulatory forums, and government engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of operational experience within the iGaming industry.

• Demonstrated success in driving P&L, player growth, and NPS.

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Direct experience operating in the Peruvian or wider Latin American gaming market.

• In-depth understanding of local player behavior and cultural nuances.

• Practical experience navigating gaming-sector regulatory frameworks, testing labs, or governmental relations.

• Ability to work independently as a proactive individual contributor.

• Data-driven mindset utilizing experimentation to address challenges.

• Higher education or university degree, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for group meetings, industry events, and regulatory forums.
