Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Supervise operations and business strategies by leveraging cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals.

• Create and oversee methodologies for tracking, identifying, and resolving issues.

• Analyze and present program outcomes and insights.

• Design data-driven analytical approaches for clients.

• Conduct data analysis from diverse data sources to enhance effectiveness and return-on-investment metrics.

• Collaborate with staff to pinpoint internal and external customers and understand their expectations.

• Initiate process improvements to boost quality, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction for staff, providers, and members.

• Assist operations staff in planning, achieving, and monitoring key strategic initiatives.

• Act as an internal resource and advisor on enhancement activities.

• Investigate new work-process methodologies using quality-improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship currently or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis.

• Experience in the managed care or insurance industry is preferred.

• Practical experience with implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) is advantageous.

• Experience working in a matrix environment is preferred.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.
