Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Direct operations and business strategy by leveraging cross-functional departments to achieve strategic goals

• Create and oversee methodologies for tracking, identifying, and addressing challenges

• Analyze and present program outcomes and insights

• Formulate data-driven analysis strategies for clients

• Conduct data analysis from diverse data sources

• Enhance metrics utilized to assess the effectiveness and return on investment of product activities

• Work collaboratively with staff to identify both internal and external customers along with their expectations

• Implement process changes aimed at increasing quality, reducing costs, and enhancing satisfaction for staff, providers, and members

• Assist and empower operations staff in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives

• Act as an internal resource and advisor on enhancement activities

• Investigate new workflow methodologies using quality-improvement techniques to minimize waste and rework

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship currently or in the future

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 4 years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis

• Prior experience as a people leader in the healthcare sector is highly preferred

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Providers is preferred

• Experience in the managed care or insurance sector is preferred

• Practical knowledge of implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) is desirable

• Experience in a matrix environment is preferred

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
