Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Investigators within a specified geographic area.

• Train Investigators on company tools, surveillance best practices, policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

• Communicate job expectations, case performance metrics, and development goals.

• Advise on surveillance methodologies and review GPS data audits.

• Organize case assignments and Investigator schedules to achieve client and company goals.

• Authorize both paid and unpaid time off for investigators.

• Review and revise written timelines for client distribution.

• Approve investigator payroll and expense reports.

• Manage and engage in designated projects from inception to completion.

• Work collaboratively across various departments within the organization.

• Discover opportunities to enhance operational processes and services.

• Recognize problems and address urgent challenges effectively.

• Guide team members and foster skill enhancement.

• Conduct talent assessments for the team and influence recruitment strategies.

• Maintain investigator KPIs, which include a 65% case capture rate, 12 minutes of video daily, end-of-day action-detail completion, and a 14-day case turnaround.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

• Preferred background in managing investigators within the industry.

• At least 7 years of experience in surveillance.

• Must reside in Texas and possess an active Texas license.

• Experience in SIU Field is a plus.

• Current Class C PI License is required.

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
