Maintenance Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily maintenance and laundry operations.

• Organize scheduling, field staff, drivers, and service resources.

• Track employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and KPIs.

• Ensure that completed services are accurately documented and invoiced.

• Supervise laundry operations, including turnaround times and deliveries.

• Analyze operational reports and address delays, discrepancies, and customer concerns.

• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to solve issues.

• Assist in enhancing Odoo/CRM, developing workflows, and conducting system testing.

• Compile weekly management reports and suggest operational enhancements.

• Manage remote administrative staff while coordinating with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or similar operations.

• Background in supervising remote and field-based teams.

• Solid experience with Odoo/CRM or ERP systems.

• Familiarity with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and take ownership of operational outcomes.

• Candidates must submit a 2–3 minute video (maximum 4 minutes) answering all specified questions in order.

• Audio quality must be clear.
