Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the performance of numerous 60 seconds to Napoli restaurants globally.

• Strategize, organize, and execute upcoming new restaurant openings in Germany and internationally.

• Offer on-site operational assistance during expansion efforts.

• Ensure seamless operations and successful launches at new sites.

• Recognize and nurture talent within the teams.

• Maintain high quality standards.

• Facilitate the implementation of processes and routines utilizing management tools like e2n and Marketman.

• Compile revenue, cost, and operational analyses.

• Enhance operational planning.

• Cultivate and exemplify a motivating, team-oriented company culture.

• Collaborate directly with senior management to meet company goals.

• Keep a broad overview, adopt a hands-on approach, and embody team spirit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in operations management or a similar role within the hospitality or chain-restaurant sector.

• Extensive background in hospitality, preferably as an Operations Manager with leadership duties.

• Strong organizational abilities and a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and business relationships.

• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.

• A structured, independent, and solution-focused working style with a hands-on mentality.

• Willingness to travel and work at various locations throughout Germany.

• High readiness to travel.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Proficient in German language skills.

• Basic English skills are preferred.
