Operations Manager, AI-enabled

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain AI workflows utilizing Claude Code to minimize repetitive tasks in finance, supply chain, and administration.

• Oversee inventory management, stock planning, manufacturer orders, warehouse coordination, and shipment tracking.

• Direct finance operations, encompassing reconciliations, profit reporting, invoice verification, payments, and cash flow management.

• Manage compliance and renewal processes, ensuring that certificates, registrations, and insurance are consistently up to date.

• Generate operational reports, validate automated outputs, and proactively address issues as they arise.

• Supervise daily operations and administrative tasks, including order management, software subscriptions, Shopify updates, and record-keeping.

• Lead the operations and finance team by setting priorities, evaluating results, and collaborating closely with team members.

• Document procedures and assess time savings, enhancing accuracy and minimizing manual labor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, finance operations, or e-commerce.

• Strong ability in systems thinking.

• Practical, daily experience with AI.

• Proven track record of automation or workflow enhancement.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, including reconciling data from various sources.

• Confidence in learning new technical tools, such as Claude Code, APIs, and unfamiliar formulas.

• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Comfortable leading a small team while remaining actively involved in daily tasks.

• Availability for full-time work: 48 hours per week.

• At least 6 hours of overlap with CET/CEST time zones.

• Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and routine administrative work.

• Ability to verify AI outputs and proactively identify issues.
