Operations Lead – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track essential metrics for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program.

• Proactively identify and tackle operational risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the operational roadmap.

• Independently oversee daily operations to support providers and the clinical team.

• Work in partnership with Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal teams.

• Define and manage significant operational initiatives.

• Enhance the scalability of current processes.

• Train clinical and support personnel on new workflows.

• Create and implement scalable operational solutions as the Center of Excellence expands.

• Analyze intricate operational challenges, determine root causes, and devise effective solutions.

• Manage operations for Lyra Health’s Neurodiversity Center of Excellence.

• Develop workflows that support clients and providers while ensuring a positive experience for both.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or similar fields.

• Preference for candidates with experience in high-growth operations or startups.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust with senior-level client stakeholders.

• Competence in adapting communication styles for diverse audiences to facilitate coordinated action.

• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in providing clarity amidst uncertainty.

• Capability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.

• Experience in developing new programs from the ground up.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proven track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams involving complex documentation, work plans, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.

• Proficiency in data analysis using Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake is preferred.

• Metrics-driven mindset for problem solving.

• Ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
