Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the “End of Month” (EOM) and other periodic source data loading procedures.

• Manage the development and updating of EOM task lists.

• Track and communicate EOM activity status to the ID&C team.

• Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation for source loads.

• Collaborate with the Financial Management Systems team to coordinate changes to data extracts.

• Handle sandbox management tasks, including database refreshes and schedules for software build and maintenance.

• Manage access and account activities across the ID&C team.

• Liaise ID&C efforts with FMBT, VA, O&M, SI, iTOS, FMS, and other technical teams.

• Conduct analysis of legacy FMS source data.

• Keep technical SOP documentation current and updated.

• Assist with operational tasks within development and testing environments.

• Support Configuration Management leads in coordinating CM activities within ID&C.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Project Coordination is essential.

• Familiarity with working in a Testing environment is necessary.

• Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None.

• Regular employee status is expected.

• Capability to support technical initiatives across the VA FMBT ID&C team.
