This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Assist in the daily operations of an expanding policy organization
• Organize meetings, manage calendars, handle correspondence, and oversee logistical tasks
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reliably complete recurring processes in a timely manner
• Support event planning, office management, and various operational requirements
• Aid in donor and prospect management through CRM updates, correspondence, scheduling, and research
• Contribute to external communications and donor-related initiatives
• Maintain and enhance organizational databases and tracking systems
• Assist with research efforts and special projects
• Take ownership of development projects from initial research to implementation
• Optimize organizational workflows, databases, and internal systems
• Research and adopt tools and processes to boost organizational effectiveness
• Create and manage trackers, SOPs, and other vital organizational resources
• Document processes to facilitate improved onboarding and continuity
• Provide support for financial administration, event planning, research, and organizational problem-solving as required
• Early-career individuals, including undergraduate, graduate, or law students and recent graduates, are encouraged to apply
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the program
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States throughout the program
