This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the operational representative during discovery, framing, and mock-up evaluations.
• Assess product concepts against the realities of workflow capacity, staffing, and turnaround times.
• Confirm the feasibility of workflows, SLA limitations, and inter-team dependencies.
• Keep an operational constraints log updated.
• Convert operational issues into well-structured written feedback.
• Identify, prioritize, and spearhead internal process improvements.
• Chart current workflows and define optimized future processes.
• Create automations, templates, and tools.
• Standardize repeatable processes in collaboration with operations subject-matter experts.
• Evaluate the impact of optimizations, including metrics such as cycle time, error rates, cost per job, and freed capacity.
• Oversee the transition of launched products into regular operations.
• Ensure that workflows, ownership, staffing, and SLAs are documented prior to product launches.
• Develop operational playbooks, runbooks, and training resources.
• Establish operational metrics and monitoring for deployed products.
• Incorporate early performance indicators into product enhancement efforts.
• Facilitate connections between Innovation and delivery teams, addressing any handoff issues.
• Collaborate with the Senior Innovation Strategist, GTM Strategist, and VP of Innovation.
• Serve as a primary contact for operational inquiries throughout product cycles.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and thoughtful experimentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, business process enhancement, program/project delivery, operations analysis, or a similar area.
• Proven ability to redesign a workflow or process resulting in measurable improvements in speed, cost, quality, or capacity.
• Strong systems thinking skills, including an understanding of how changes in workflows impact teams, SLAs, and cost structures.
• Comfortable with hands-on automation, tool, or template creation, such as using workflow platforms, no/low-code tools, spreadsheets/scripts, or related technologies.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to transform complex processes into straightforward playbooks and provide clear go/no-go recommendations to VP-level stakeholders.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach and a history of delivering improvements punctually.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation trends, as well as their application to operational challenges.
• Experience in language services, translation technology, B2B services, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Exposure to agile, lean, or Six Sigma/continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in operationalizing new products or service lines is preferred.
