Operations Fulfillment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and confirm the accuracy, completeness, and readiness for implementation of new business, renewal, and maintenance documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to address documentation challenges and ensure cases achieve In Good Order status.

• Oversee case activities within VISTA, encompassing documentation, status updates, and readiness assessments.

• Verify benefit configurations, legislative requirements, and installation preparedness across both Facets and Non-Facets platforms.

• Transition cases that are ready for implementation to the Implementation Manager for further execution.

• Engage in training sessions, team meetings, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Contribute to special projects and help meet departmental goals in quality, productivity, and service performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to utilize data to achieve results.

• Excellent technical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.

• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships, collaborate effectively, negotiate, influence, and fulfill commitments.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working efficiently across all organizational levels.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting while working independently and taking initiative.

• Comprehensive understanding of Cigna processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking.

• Experience with Vista, ePRO, CIT, and Benefit Summary systems is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of project management and/or account management experience is required.

• Experience in identifying solutions and achieving outcomes that balance both business and client needs.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is necessary.
