Operations Fulfillment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and verify new business, renewal, and maintenance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and readiness for implementation.

• Collaborate with Sales and various cross-functional teams to address documentation issues and ensure cases are in In Good Order status.

• Oversee case activity within VISTA, including documentation, status updates, and readiness assessments.

• Confirm benefit configurations, legislative requirements, and installation readiness across both Facets and Non-Facets platforms.

• Transition implementation-ready cases to the Implementation Manager for further execution.

• Engage in training, team meetings, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to special projects and strive to meet departmental quality, productivity, and service performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on using data to achieve results.

• Technical skills in spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems are essential.

• Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, negotiate, influence, and meet commitments.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working independently and demonstrating initiative.

• Preferably possess a strong understanding of Cigna processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking.

• Experience with Vista, ePRO, CIT, and Benefit Summary systems is preferred.

• 2+ years of project management and/or account management experience is preferred.

• Experience in identifying solutions and driving outcomes that balance business and client needs is preferred.
