Operations Customer Expert, German & English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written customer inquiries

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional support in both German and English

• Provide expert advice on bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements

• Update and maintain customer and booking information

• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Assist travelers by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding them towards unforgettable journeys

• Act as a vital link between Booking.com and its customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written

• Strong command of English

• Excellent customer focus and communication skills

• Ability to confidently engage with a variety of customer types

• Competent computer skills and quick typing ability

• Creative, solution-focused mindset with a strong team-oriented approach

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Residency in Georgia is a prerequisite

• Fluency in both required languages is critical
