Operations Customer Expert, German & English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls and written inquiries.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both German and English.

• Provide expert advice on bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements.

• Update and maintain customer and booking information.

• Address customer issues and contribute to creating positive travel experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Act as a vital link between Booking.com and its clientele.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Exceptional customer orientation and communication abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of customer types.

• Competent computer skills with fast typing capabilities.

• Creative, solution-focused mindset with a strong team-player attitude.

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Residency in Georgia is mandatory.

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not essential.
