Operations Customer Expert, German – English Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from clients.

• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance in both German and English.

• Provide expert advice regarding bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements.

• Update and maintain customer and booking information accurately.

• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Strong English language skills.

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.

• Ability to engage confidently with various customer demographics.

• Competent computer skills and quick typing ability.

• Creative, solution-focused mindset and a strong team player.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior experience in a similar position is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must reside in Georgia.
