Operations Customer Expert, German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written requests from clients.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both German and English.

• Provide expert advice on reservations, modifications, cancellations, and travel itineraries.

• Update and preserve customer and booking information.

• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Excellent English language skills.

• Strong focus on customer service and effective communication abilities.

• Confident in engaging with a diverse range of customers.

• Competent computer skills along with quick typing abilities.

• Creative, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong team player.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Residency in Georgia is required.
