Operations Coordinator, Utilities Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement operational tasks within the Zeitview Utilities sector, mainly across North America.

• Perform planning activities before, during, and after missions, along with mission execution and data quality verification.

• Collaborate with customers and Senior Field Operations Specialists to comprehend logistics and scheduling limitations.

• Manage field operations for data collection alongside Field Leads.

• Address or escalate operational challenges while proactively communicating customer expectations.

• Adhere to protocols concerning drone capabilities, operations, and airspace regulations/applications.

• Resolve real-time issues related to customers, software, SME reporting, billing, and field operations.

• Provide on-demand support to Senior Field Operations Specialists and customers for general inquiries.

• Utilize Zeitview’s online, desktop, and mobile software platforms effectively.

• Work in conjunction with Account Management and field QAQC, including submitting bug reports.

• Maintain awareness of the pipeline and execute all statuses pertinent to the assigned vertical.

• Identify gaps in processes and procedures and report them to the Operations Manager.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a comparable role, ideally in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Capable of remote work and effective coordination with a fully remote team.

• Interest in technology and the drone industry.

• Experience with drones and knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is advantageous.

• Proficient in scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack.

• High degree of accountability with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a readiness to take responsibility for tasks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, capable of serving as a professional and effective liaison between clients and field pilots.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must currently reside within the Eastern Time Zone in the USA.

• Must not currently require visa sponsorship or transfer within the USA.
