This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Coordinate the mobilization of employees to client sites, which includes travel arrangements, inductions, accommodations, and client documentation.
• Address mobilization challenges and keep employee records updated on client portals to ensure compliance.
• Oversee the company training matrix, encompassing training sessions, medical assessments, and record maintenance.
• Drive initiatives for process improvements to enhance mobilization and training operations.
• Gain an understanding of the company's capabilities, capacities, and services offered.
• Adhere to HSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform task risk assessments utilizing tools such as Take5 and JSA.
• Promptly report hazards, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
• Engage in training sessions, HSEQ consultations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Utilize necessary PPE, maintain fitness for work, and foster a safe workplace environment.
• Interact respectfully with colleagues and clients.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of business information.
• Halt work and report potential safety hazards when identified.
• Follow the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all relevant information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience in mobilizing team members within the resource sector and addressing customer needs in a dynamic environment.
• Background in managing training, which includes scheduling and recordkeeping responsibilities.
• Familiarity with client onboarding processes, compliance measures, and induction platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to client requirements and various portals.
• A process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Flexible and composed under pressure, with a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and partake in training as necessary.
• Compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Competence in conducting task risk assessments using Take5 and JSA methodologies.
• Ability to adhere to the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
