This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Provide daily coordination and administrative assistance across Creative, Product Development, Purchasing, and Safety Testing.
• Manage localization and proofreading processes, direct files and feedback, and monitor task completion.
• Act as a liaison between Creative teams, suppliers, and partners such as Asmodee.
• Distribute proofs, aggregate feedback, obtain approvals, and ensure project momentum.
• Review comments on Trello cards, organize follow-ups, update next steps, and maintain workflow transparency.
• Verify that approved files, specifications, and supporting documents are complete for purchase order placement.
• Generate and update purchase orders, item records, and supporting documentation in Brightpearl and relevant tracking systems.
• Oversee production and shipment schedules, follow up with suppliers, communicate updates, and escalate any delays or issues.
• Assist with shipment coordination by providing necessary documentation to freight forwarders.
• Coordinate proofing for reorder products to meet required deadlines.
• Aid in product setups within the ERP system and Shopify to ensure timely purchase order placements and product launches.
• Organize safety and compliance testing for new products and manage scheduled retesting for existing items.
• Collaborate with factories to prepare and dispatch samples to certified testing laboratories and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor testing progress, follow up on outcomes, and escalate any failures, delays, or ambiguous requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, organize test reports, and log the most recent test dates for products.
• Submit new product registration applications to the Authorized Representative for compliance with European regulations.
• Cross-train in essential creative, product development, purchasing, and supply-chain processes to ensure coverage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience (required).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a CPG company (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in an operations- or product-focused role (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with overseas suppliers (preferred).
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust to shifting demands (required).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel (required).
• Competency in Google Suite (preferred).

• Willingness to travel (approximately 1-2 times per year).
• U.S. residency.
