This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver course-coordination services for assigned public and private training sessions across designated product lines.
• Organize course materials, labs, training resources, virtual meeting invitations, and communications between students and instructors, along with coordinating approved travel arrangements for instructors.
• Manage student enrollments for public classes, encompassing internal bookings, online registrations, and special programs.
• Assist Operations Managers with managing logistics for private training sessions.
• Order and distribute course materials and labs prior to classes.
• Provide class joining instructions and instructor information through email communications.
• Facilitate platform support for events conducted via ILO, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create MTMs and offer support for student Q&A during classes.
• Monitor attendance and input post-class MTM results into EMAN/SP.
• Order and distribute exam vouchers.
• Send thank-you notes and follow-up emails for missing evaluations.
• Address incoming calls and web inquiries regarding Fast Lane services.
• Offer student support for public training sessions.
• Manage vendor platforms related to operational tasks and administration.
• Plan and organize cost-effective external training venues, travel, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue and expense coding within the CRM.
• Maintain and refine processes to proactively address service-level requirements for customers and vendors.
• Provide reports to vendors and customers.
• Support inter-departmental projects, including new course and program rollouts, budgeting, equipment purchases, timelines, and certification standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Line Management, Alliances, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Report directly to the Operations Delivery Manager.
