Operations Coordination Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional operations throughout Australia, Korea, Japan, and China.

• Direct and manage Service Centers, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and local regulations.

• Monitor supplier and partner KPIs, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and drive resolution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, governmental filings, customs regulations, and quality standards.

• Coordinate comprehensive logistics and freight forwarding processes, including order management, customs brokerage, reverse logistics, and cost optimization.

• Serve as a second-level escalation and decision-maker for daily operations and Control Tower matters.

• Develop, train, and onboard Service Centers, partners, suppliers, and new team members.

• Establish and maintain operational SOPs and team work instructions.

• Ensure the accuracy of master data in IT systems and assist with billing and invoice inquiries.

• Support Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) tasks and perform quality checks and damage evaluations on the regional container fleet.

• Implement short-term setups at new locations and assist in the launch of new Service Centers.

• Make decisions regarding stock-to-stock allocations and authorize consumption material orders.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Account Management, and Procurement teams.

• Facilitate process optimization, strategic regional initiatives, and claims management.

• Engage in customer business reviews, supplier evaluations, and industry fairs and exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination roles.

• Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or pharmaceutical logistics is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong coordination abilities across various teams, functions, and geographical regions.

• Confident in decision-making and capable of quickly assessing situations to take appropriate actions.

• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Must be residing in or willing to relocate without sponsorship to Australia, South Korea, Japan, or China.

• Must have authorization to work in the current country of residence without sponsorship.
