Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified interim and transitional nursing leaders.

• Identify talent through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and teamwork with internal departments.

• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess leadership professionals according to HealthLinx standards.

• Oversee leader onboarding processes, including background checks, license verification, reference checks, and documentation.

• Keep ongoing communication with banked leaders to evaluate their availability and opportunities.

• Present qualified leaders for interim, transitional, project management, and consulting roles.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and activity tracking within company databases and systems.

• Work closely with leadership and service delivery teams to achieve organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, B2B sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote setting.

• Goal-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing performance expectations.

• Advanced degree (preferred).

• Professional recruiting certifications or related credentials (preferred).

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or managing professional-level talent pipelines (preferred).
