This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist a designated senior leader in implementing strategic business objectives.

• Collect and merge information to enhance effective and profitable business operations.

• Analyze financial and business outcomes, offering planning, support, and recommendations.

• Facilitate operational, compliance, and attestation/reporting risk management.

• Provide guidance on community and industry events while managing event logistics.

• Create consistent communications for senior leaders and leadership teams.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to senior leaders regarding business decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate business and organizational challenges and propose solutions.

• Recognize emerging issues, trends, competitive insights, and best practices.

• Drive strategic priorities, initiatives, business programs, and change management efforts.

• Develop business cases, evaluate return on investment, prioritize recommendations, and formulate execution roadmaps.

• Oversee resources and the implementation of strategic initiatives to meet business and financial objectives.

• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.

• Define analytics and reporting requirements, generating reports and dashboards.

• Track performance, address issues, and coordinate budget versus actual reporting.

• Create communication plans, tailored messaging, and distribution channels.

• Handle customer complaint escalations and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Integrate information from various sources to refine processes, analysis, and reporting.

• Plan and manage operating expenses in accordance with business forecasts and budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 9+ years of relevant experience.

• A post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• In-depth industry knowledge.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent influencing skills.

• Superior collaboration and teamwork abilities, emphasizing cross-group collaboration.
